Sonia AndersenĀ has been involved in the performing arts area for over 15 years, and brings an extensive performance history. Sonia has been involved in live theatre in Okalahoma, South Pacific and Pajama Game, has appeared in Neighbours, Blue Heelers, and various movies and TV commercials. Has sung and danced professionally in many facets, floor shows, festivals, major concert venues, television and involved in Commonwealth Games 2006. "I look forward to sharing my skills and knowledge." Holds a BA in Social Work, Cert IV, Musical Theatre, VCA.

Jeanette TattonĀ is a well sought after teacher who has had extensive teaching experience here and interstate, she brings a wealth of experience to the ballet world. L.I.S.T.D Qualified Cecchetti Ballet Teacher (Licentiate) D.F.T.A Members in Jazz Ballet & Tap. Certificate IV in Pilates Instruction (91121NSW) and Matwork Accreditation.

Elizabeth Popovic (ACBA-CICB) is an Associate of Cecchetti Ballet Australia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Literature as well as a Bachelor of Education. She brings to her classes over 20 years of dance training and over a decade of dance teaching experience. She has completed examinations in Cecchetti Ballet, ISTD Modern and CTSD Jazz and is currently working on Advanced 2 and the Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management (Associate Diploma) with Cecchetti Ballet Victoria. Elizabeth has worked at Supersonics since it opened in 2007, and took over the reins of Principal Cecchetti teacher in 2012. She also teaches VCE Dance, Drama and English at Hume Central Secondary College.

Katie is trained and has completed CSTD examinations in Tap, Classical, Jazz, Modern, and Public Performance examinations in Tap and Tap/Jazz gaining consistently high marks across all genres. Katie has an extensive performance history including charity events, corporate floorshows, cabarets and live shows.
Katie's passion for performing is not limited to dancing. She also works as an actress and model, which has seen her working for many well known companies and appear on numerous TV shows including Rush, Satisfaction, and The Morning Show.

Lauren is an experienced dance teacher and performer within Victoria, having taught as various studios across the state she is experienced in the tuition of Classical, Cecchetti Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Commericial Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Tap and Hip Hop. Lauren is also a registered teacher with the CSTD and qualified to enroll students into examinations. Lauren has also completed a 2 years full--time course through Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance. Lauren has completed her Certificate IV in mat-work pilates. Lauren brings a wealth of experience as a teacher and can't wait to offer her skills with students at Supersonics.

Laura started dancing at the age of 4 in all styles of dance and since then completed Certificate II in Dance and Certificate IV in Performing Arts (Professional Entertainer). Laura has performed her way onto P&O’s cruise ship Pacific Star, Royal Carribean’s Sovereign of the Seas, Singapore’s Universal Studios in the Monster Rock Show and other various contracts in South East Asia and corporate shows in Australia. She teaches our Performance Troupe as well as private tuition is many styles.

Sophie has been singing and dancing from a young age. Her passion for the arts saw her complete a Diploma of Musical Theatre at APO Arts Academy in Melbourne in 2010 and also gave her the confidence to jet across the other side of the country to attend WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) for 3 years and gain her Bachelor of Musical Theatre. Sophie has had a lot of stage experience having competed in dancing and singing competitions before moving on to stage shows (West Side Story, Cats, Les Mis, Merrily We Roll Along, Hair) as well as study in Film and TV. Sophie has studied all facets of dance including Cecchetti and RAD method Ballet, Jazz, Broadway, Tap, Hip Hop and Contemporary. She has been trained classically in singing for over 10 years having won many scholarships and awards with her voice. Sophie has been teaching in the performing arts for over 6 years and can’t wait to join the team at Supersonics alongside her sister Emma.

At a young age Emma was accepted into the Australian Ballet School, during this time completed all her Cecchetti Ballet exams receiving honours for all levels as well as becoming a Cecchetti Scholar. At the age of 16 years Emma begun full time training at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet where she gained her Diploma in Classical Dance and Performing Arts. Emma then moved to Brisbane to pursue her training with the Queensland Ballet Professional Year. Whilst in Brisbane gained professional experience with Expressions Dance Company and in the cabaret group Candy Shop Show. Emma has a wealth of knowledge in both training and teaching and has also gained her Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Management. Emma is currently with Melbourne City Ballet and has recently perfomed in Carmen. Emma looks forward to joining the team at Supersonics.

For the past seven years Shelley has been working as a professional dancer all over Australia and overseas. Including: Dubai for the Rugby 7s as an Aggreko cheerleader. She has performed as a guest entertainer on a Pacific Cruise ship which took her to parts of New Caledonia. She has also traveled to the island nation of Seychelles where she performed in stage shows for honored guests. Her career has also taken her to New York, Los Angeles and London to extend her dance training. Shelley has performed back-up for artists such as Brian Mcfadden, Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy, Zoe Badwai and Redfoo. She has been featured on TV shows such as Channel 7’s Australia’s Got Talent and Channel 10’s Talk show Rove. Shelley was also the assistant choreographer for the Victorian State School Spectacular in 2014, this has given her the chance to help put together a cast of over 3,000 people and work alongside director Kelley Abbey and choreographers Troy Phillip, Yvette Lee and Deon Nuku
The opportunities arising from these experiences have given Shelley the chance to explore many aspects of the dance industry, while providing invaluable time to sharpen her skills. Within Shelley’s dancing career, teaching has long been a passion. Sharing her substantial knowledge of dance with students is something that has always inspired Shelley. She hopes to grow as a dancer, changing with fashions and forever challenging herself. Shelley is thrilled to be continuing her time at Supersonics.

Emily has been dancing since the age of 3. She is trained in the styles of jazz, tap, hip hop, Cheerleading and contemporary dance. Emily first started her teaching career in America teaching kids from Long Island, dance and musical theatre. Whilst living in New York she also partook in many classes at the Broadway Dance Centre.
While dance is her love, teaching is her passion. She has been teaching at various school and is very excited to join the Supersonics teaching team. Emily is also studying to become a full-time high school teacher and loves the experience she gets from her dance students.
